The focus of this drill is having the players shuffling side to side and maintaining ball control.
This drill can be done with partners.
A tosser starts at the net on the outside line, the passer starts at about 20ft deep and about 10ft inside the court.
The passer shuffles outside toward the line and the tosser passes the ball to them at the line. Passers need to maintain a low and balanced posture. Do this for either 30 seconds or a minute and then have the partners switch places.
This drill is the opposite movement from Inside-Out.
The tosser starts at the net and the passer starts at 20ft deep, but on the outside line. The passer will shuffle inside the court about 10ft and the tosser will toss the passer the ball.
