Focus:
1) Footwork. Moving forward and drop-stepping back.
2) Passing accuracy
3) Speed and agility
Running the Drill:
* You can use 2 or 3 tossers / target depending on how quick you want the drill to run.
* Player starts in Right Back.
* Toss a short ball at the 10ft line.
* Toss a ball to Middle Back
* Toss a ball at the 10ft line
* Toss a ball to Left Back
